Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Architecture (preferable male).
Minimum 3 years work experience in relevant field.
Good command of English (Spoken and written)
Good computer skills (Ms Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Auto cad)
Capable to estimate project (maintenance) & budget control
Generally communicate with local government/Local authority (BIDA)
Able to work under pressure
Willing to be based in Batam
