A) PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage licensing business of all product categories for Indonesia market :
* To achieve the financial targets as set forth and work aggressively towards increasing revenues and expanding business base.

To work with business partners & licensees to ensure that best & quality products are delivered to market on a timely basis.
To work with ASEAN team to strategize and implement respective country business plans (eg : category plans, marketing & retail plans, etc) to further strengthen the licensing business at an area level.
To ensure licensees have full understanding of licensors' and FCI Brands' standards and are in compliance with such standards.

B) DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Management
Develop & implement local market category plans in line with global & regional category strategy & plans.
Undertake market analysis to monitor industry trends, regulations, sub-categories performance and retail channels to ensure better understanding of consumer profiles and market needs.
Determine category key drivers (product, price and retail channel) to expand presence consistent with local demographic and retailer needs.
Develop & implement local market category plans in line with global & regional category strategy & plans.

2. Licensing
Develop, implement and achieve yearly financial targets for all categories.
Identify & contract new licensees instrumental in the development of the category (including global and regional licensees).
Identify product, property, and channel gaps, develop & implement plans to fill the gaps.
Coordinate & finalize contract renewals consistent with overall country business directions and category objectives.
Ensure licensees' thorough understanding and compliance of contract, terms and conditions.
Conduct "Top Team" licensees performance reviews (quarterly) to drive and maximize business opportunities.

Work with buyers from key retail accounts to develop business opportunities, managing product sourcing, mix/range, pricing and new programs specific to each retailer's shopping profile.
To organize, support and execute sales promotions, events and advertising in local market.

Ensure licensees adhere to licensor's creative approval process & comply with brand assurance guidelines.

5. Finance
Responsible for the licensing targets of respective market.
Provide monthly revenue forecasting and activity reports.
Responsible for collection of accounts receivables.

D) REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Education
University graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Commerce.

5 - 7 years working experience preferably in a sales & marketing or advertising capacity.
